“Delicious and authentic! I lived in New Mexico for a few years and was fortunate to be served homemade dinners often made by a mexican grandmother. This chile is just as good as all the rest, if not better! I purchased the red in the medium heat. It was a little mild for my liking but the flavor was on point. Will purchase again! Can’t seem to find any other chile online or in stores where I now reside, so it’s worth the extra buck or two.”
