“My husband and I fell in love with the taste of New Mexico on a recent trip. Upon our return home, all we could think about was the amazing salsas and sauces we had discovered. While searching the internet, I stumbled upon Ol' Gringo Red Sauce. I ordered it and finally put it to use last night in/on some enchiladas, a long with a splash of the Ol' Gringo Green Sauce. They were delicious. The flavor is phenomenal. The heat is perfect. It doesn't overshadow the flavor at all. Simply delicious. I will now be ordering by the case along with the Green Sauce and New Mexico Salsa.”

“The mild sauce has no heat but a lot of flavor. The medium has a kick to it. We’ve also had the hot and it’s too much for our children but still delicious. If you do t make homemade sauce and want authentic flavor chile then I recommend this.”
