“I ordered 3 cases of HOT chopped green chile. I've opened two of the inside packets and found the chile was barely warm in neatness. It's tasty but I miss the heat. Perhaps other packets may be hotter. In the past, my HOT chile had more heat. But so far, I have to say I'm only moderately happy with my order.”

“The chilies are great as usual. I have a green chili chicken casserole that everyone loves and having the chilies peeled and chopped makes it so much easier. My husband was from Albuquerque and when he moved here and we married 40 years ago his brother or father would ship fresh chilies to us he worked so hard roasting and bagging them for the winter season. He passed away 6 years ago but the kids (grown) look forward to dinner at my house. I've gotten so many friends hooked and shared your website.
