“I have ordered the hatch green chile several time's. Roasted and peeled. Once shipped out, i receive it within 48hrs. Packed on dry ice it's perfect.. I always recommend Hatch chile store to family,friends.”

“Took a little long to receive my order but worth it. Recently moved to Indiana from Colorado and people/restaurants here have no idea what green chili is! Nice to know that I can still get good green chili sent to me. Thanks Hatch!!!”

“I have but one regret with my Hatch Chile order that I received from the HCS; that I only bought 5 lbs!! It is the freshest and most flavorful since the days when I roasted them myself. Fabulous quality. I've learned my lesson. Next year, I'll be ordering 10lbs to last me through the winter. Thanks Hatch Chile Store!”
