“I am very pleased with my pre-order, and I'm sure I'll be very pleased with the chiles once I'm over my cold and can actually taste and savor them. (It is a waste of good chiles to eat when you can't taste them.) I had the honor of living in NM for about 18 months and became very used to Hatch chiles. I ordered 5 lbs, and they came still frozen, 1 lb per bag. Not used to ordering chiles online? Have no fear, these folks not only grow them, they know how to package and sell them. They do a marvelous job, this is a family business and their name is their reputation. They want their customers happy.”
