“This Hot Hatch Red Chile Powder is a sweet Red Chile that enhances any recipe that it is used in. This chile powder works really well in my Chile Con Carne recipe that has been handed down generationally in my family. My father used Hatch Red Chile Powder when he made it and now I use the same. This chile powder is sweet in taste and fresher than any other chili powders you can find at the grocery store. I much prefer this hot hatch chile powder over the cayenne pepper powder that I had been using in my chili recipe.”
