“I was rather disappointed with this powder chile. It is still a bit damp not quite ready a powdered chile. I still use it in my Plato’s but can’t use it in certain recipes like pico de gallo or use for sprinkle.”

“Best dried Red Chile powder I have used. No added salt or any anti caking powder that I can detect. I will be ordering more of this powder due to the quality and the purity. When you use much quantity of Chile powder in a recipe you quickly realize whether there are additives such as salt etc because the flavor is apparent. The store bought Chile powder from the spice aisle in the Grocery store aren't even close in taste or quality to Hatch Chile Store. Thank you for your dedication to Quality.”
