“Neither the chile nor the cheese had much taste. We lived in Albuquerque many years ago and ate chile rellenos all around the area. My recollection is that the rellenos we ate there were much, much better than the ones we got from you. Sorry.”

“The chile rellenos are great. They are like the ones we used to get in Texas. We live in Georgia now and their idea of rellenos just doesn’t cut it. We will continue buying Hatch rellenos and sharing them with our friends.”
