“If you like Chile replenish or even if you have never tried…. These are amazing. They come well packaged. I separate them out in packets of 2 and freeze and when I want a quick delicious rellano it’s at my finger tips. The blend of cheese, Chile and breading is perfect!!! Buy. Buy. Buy!!!!!!”

“I am a long time customer and love your products. However your shipping protocol is terrible . A package of chopped and a bag of Rellenos were shipped on 4/12 with delivery on 4/14 to San Antonio, TX . 2 days delivery and It was in box with insulation paper but no ice packs and it was 99F. Everything was thawed and the rellenos were in a bag rolled into a ball. Put everything in the freezer and next day we wanted to cook 6 rellenos. However it is impossible to get 6 of them out of the bag without destroying all of them as they were melted together when thawed and re-froze. And the rellenos were not laying in rows in the bag, but rolled into a tight ball. Last time the bag was in its own box, but this time the bag was shipped loose in the main box. I gave 4 stars even with this for the taste, but shipping is very substandard. I guess I will have to go back to buying your whole chiles and making my own rellenos. Thanks for listening. “Since it's hard to find good chile rellenos in the restaurants in Virginia I started making my own, which led me to order the hatch Chile's from the Hatch Chile Store...until I tried there chile rellenos...now I'm hooked on them!”
