“Highly reccomended !! These are really tasty rellenos. Rellenos have always been my go-to choice in mexican foods across the US, so I have tasted many variations. The Hatch Rellenos rank with the better ones I have tasted. Where I am now good Mexican food is hard to get so I order online from Hatch and that works well. Delivery is fast and reliable.”

“Arrived totally thawed (from one state away). No refund - I was told I should have paid extra for express shipping and/or insurance. I think it is the responsibility of the business to ensure that the item arrives at my door in good condition. I was offered 50% off on my next order. Why would reorder”

Susan, We put on our website what we recommend for shipping to ensure your product will arrive in the best shape plus our shipping insurance to protect your items incase UPS delays it. Choosing economy without insurance is not recommended because of UPS delays. You opted for the cheapest option and did not purchase shipaid like we suggested.
