“I was confused about how to cook my frozen Chile replenish but once I followed directions from the great Hatch team my experience was great! I love the flavors of cheese and Chile and my husband and I often have a lunch of chicken tamales and Rellenos. It’s been particularly good during COVID when we as older people aren’t going out to eat often.”

“These Hatch Chile Rellenos were delicious. The instructions said to thaw them for 10 or 15 minutes, which is what I did with the first ones I cooked. They were okay, but not spectacular. However, I found what works better for me is taking them out of the freezer about 1 1/2 hours before cooking them. I cook them for a shorter time and use less oil. And they are wonderful.”

“These are just terrific. The heat up beautifully in our air fryer and are an absolute treat to eat -- especially as we sit here in New York! My only complaint is that bag they come in is too flimsy and bursts in transit, allowing the rellenos to toss around in the box and some of the coating falls off.”

Hi, WH! Thanks for your positive comments! We are so glad you loved our rellenos. The bags we package them do sometimes pop due to the population change our products can experience in transit. Coming from New Mexico, almost all of our orders pass over the continental divide and many orders have additional mountain ranges to cross. This usually doesn't affect the rellenos, but they can loose some breading if they've had a particularly rough transit. If you ever get excessive breading loss (or any damaged product), we encourage you to email pictures to our team at support@hatch-green-chile.com and we will take care of you! “The Rellenos, which I have ordered before, are absolutely delicious. But don't trust the "free shipping." My order (shipped by FedEx) twice arrived thawed out, and in the end I paid for overnight shipping to make sure they arrived frozen.”

“The Hatch Chile Rellenos were very easy to prepare and were delicious. They had just the right "bite" to them. They were also delivered in a timely manner which was great because once I ordered them, I really wanted to have them for dinner! Thank you for doing such a fine job!”
