“I had the rellenos shipped to a very good friend in Florida. I know they will arrive in good shape, because I have ordered from the Hatch Chile Store every year for many years, and I am a big fan. I'm in Northern California, a long haul from the Store. Every shipment of fresh and frozen chiles has been reliable, well packed, and in great condition upon arrival. No exceptions.”

“These are absolutely delicious and cook perfectly in my air fryer with no added oil - no need to spray them. Top them with a dollop of sour cream, Hatch Red Chile Sauce, both or nothing at all.”

“No recommended way to heat. So, we used the oven and the taste was fine, but the batter and overall rellenos turned to mush. Next time, I'll try a hot, quick fry. What say you?”

Hi Steve, The cooking instructions are available on the product page. Here is a copy of those instructions :) From Frozen, pan fry these delicious Rellenos on the stove for 7-10 minutes, or deep fry them at 375 for approx 4 minutes in the light cooking oil of your choice.
