“It’s hard to find a decent Chile relleno in western MD. Restaurants usually take the shortcut of wrapping a stuffed Chile in a tortilla. So I was happy to try these from Hatch. They are made the right way with an egg batter and they fry up perfectly. It’s so easy to grab a couple out of the freezer on Mexican night and make a meal around it. We liked them so much we bought two more cases.”

“The rellenos are soooo delicious. I had to pre-order a second batch for myself. They are so easy to prepare. Coupled with green chile, they are a delight from my childhood. Thanks for making such a great product.”

“I had the rellenos shipped to a very good friend in Florida. I know they will arrive in good shape, because I have ordered from the Hatch Chile Store every year for many years, and I am a big fan. I'm in Northern California, a long haul from the Store. Every shipment of fresh and frozen chiles has been reliable, well packed, and in great condition upon arrival. No exceptions.”
