Susan, We put on our website what we recommend for shipping to ensure your product will arrive in the best shape plus our shipping insurance to protect your items incase UPS delays it. Choosing economy without insurance is not recommended because of UPS delays. You opted for the cheapest option and did not purchase shipaid like we suggested. We have offered the best option for you considering you did not do what we recommend. We are sorry you felt unsatisfied. Regards, Emily

“reminds us of the ones we learned to make with our relatives in Las Cruces years ago. Our lst batch didn't survive the desert heat here in southern Az but you quickly sent replacements that did make it in fine shape. Will certainly continue to order from your company.”
