“These chile rellenos are super tasty. I made the mistake of ordering before a holiday weekend so they took a week to arrive. They were cool but definitely not frozen when I opened the box (I blame the delivery company and not Hatch Chile). I placed them in the freezer immediately and have been heating them up at lunch. They are great defrosted, baked in the toaster oven, and placed in a cheese quesadilla for a quick meal! I will definitely be buying again once I get through the 4 dozen I ordered. Around here, chile rellenos are made with poblano chiles -- total sacrilege. Thanks for helping me get my fix!”
