“The ristra was perfectly made. The box was beat up and re-taped by FedEx but my ristra was in perfect condition when i received it. The red chile was fabulous. I ate my first NM red chile layered enchilada and it was absolutely delicious!”

“We ordered the 2.5 foot edible ristra, arrived in perfect shape, we immediately started the tasks of converting it to red chili sauce. After completing, we couldn’t resist making red chili and hamburger meat over Fritos with cheese. This red chili is amazing and will be great with our homemade tamales and Carna Asada. Will definitely order again.”
