“The Ristra is so pretty. The peppers are a pretty red and the weaving is spectacular. Looks awesome hung in my kitchen. Got the edible one, so I’ll use the recipes I receive in my emails from this shop to make delicious sauces. Worth the wait for sure. Thank you!”

“This red chili is the best with its rich flavor like no other chili in the world. The great soil and environment it grows in is the difference. My mother grew up in New Mexico and this chili reminds me of home. And of course, mom was right, the best chili comes from New Mexico and especially Hatch.”
