“The rista was not delivered with the same care as my first order. The box was bent at the ends. It looks as though the box had been mishandled. I will follow-up with pictures. I'm debating about ordering another rista. May take a chance with delivery. My third delivery was exceptional. Packages arrived perfectly, no damages of any kind. Thank you!”

Hi Dianne, Thanks for your feedback. We do our best to package our orders to arrive safely. That said, we have no control over how the box is handled once we hand it off to the shipping carrier. “When I lifted it up out of the box to hang it around 20 chilies came flying out of it I tried to put them back where they belonged but I'm not sure if I did it correctly, the string at the top was very loose and coming apart, I did my best to tighten it so no more chili's would fall out”
