“I live in Maine but spend a lot of time in NM...I love ristras, and the Hatch co came through perfectly! I ordered 2 of the extra long ristras and they arrived in a timely manner, fresh gotgeous and in tact! nott one chili fell off! Can't say enough about them!! My Maine neighbors love them but don't really understand! They're out front flanking the front door in all their lucious glory! (My steer skull confuses them all too!!)”

“The rista was not delivered with the same care as my first order. The box was bent at the ends. It looks as though the box had been mishandled. I will follow-up with pictures. I'm debating about ordering another rista. May take a chance with delivery. My third delivery was exceptional. Packages arrived perfectly, no damages of any kind. Thank you!”

Hi Dianne, Thanks for your feedback. We do our best to package our orders to arrive safely. That said, we have no control over how the box is handled once we hand it off to the shipping carrier.
