“Do NOT eat eat bad chilies! Hatch chilies are the best and well worth the effort to have on hand. I put them in al out everything. Soups, meat loaf, hamburgers, omlettes, party dip, deviled eggs all are better with Hatch Chilis. Can't recommend them more than this. Well worth the money.”

“The Hatch Chili Store was amazing to work with, everything from ordering all the way through making sure I was satisfied with their Joe Parker Chili Peppers. I ordered the frozen peppers, and they are vacuum sealed in 1LB bags, and flash frozen, and came packed in a styrofoam cooler/shipping container, that kept the product safely frozen for 2 full days during shipping in the August heat. The peppers are perfect, and the taste is amazing. Having moved from Colorado to New Hampshire, we found it all but impossible to find any decent chili pepper locally, so I turned to the Hatch Chili Store, and got my fix. The cost was very reasonable, and their customer care, second to none. I will order from them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for top quality chili peppers.”
