“I needed some mild but flavorful Hatch chili to add to some extra hot I had on hand. This order of medium Joe Parker was perfect! I expected to get a bunch of peeled chili that was in pieces or all bunched up. What arrived was beautifully packaged whole, long & meaty green chili. Will always buy from these folks! First rate chili!! Heat was mild to medium but wonderful flavor.”
