“These green chilies are my favorite. I love to make dishes with these and my guests are continually surprised at the flavor and quality. My order was processed, arrived as scheduled and was still frozen when received. Nothing like receiving roasted and peeled chilies. Quick and easy to use. I highly recommend ordering from here.”

“this is a tasty and bright chile. its not too hot for virgin palates, but hot enough to know you are getting the real thing. Great to add to a meat stew, or pinto beans. Really good in an omelette. One of my favorites.”

“We had an issue with our medium chile. They were a lot milder than we were expecting, however, there was a not on the website that stated this, and I missed it when ordering. When we mentioned it in our review, the owner emailed me right away and offered to fix our issue. I was so impressed at how quickly and efficiently he took care of the problem. 10+ customer service. We are looking forward to trying the hot chile! Thanks!”
