“Nice to have discovered Hatch as the provider of choice for New Mexico green and red chile products. The transaction went very well. I was surprised and felt a little guilty about the voluminous packaging. I’ll have to buy a larger supply next time. Much appreciate the prominent dry ice warning label. Discovered chili packets at -110F are also a burn hazard. Wear gloves. The medium Joe Parkers were the right choice for re-discovering the wonders and variable heat of NM chiles. Great addition to everything, eggs, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and so on. I’ll be queuing up for a supply of the 2018 red chile harvest.”
