“We are from NM. We now live in DC where green chile is non-existent. This chile is amazing!! Peeled already, perfectly roasted. If you can't freah roasted chile where you live, now you can. I will be ordering every month!!!!”

“I normally can hardly wait for my next shipment of my Hatch green chile, except this shipment was sent during the week of Thanksgiving and we were out of town. I would recommend for next year, that they withhold all shipments during the week of Thanksgiving. I do love my Hatch green Chile, though.”

“As a Colorado native, living far from home and not being able to go down the street to get fresh roasted Chile’s, this is the absolute best answer for it. I have fresh roasted Chile’s delivered to my doorstep religiously. They arrive on time and always ready to be used in my favorite dishes. I could live without these Chile’s and have before I found the delivery side. But I don’t EVER want to again!”
