“Never had much luck with frying rellenos, so I split these chiles and layered them in a sort of casserole and they were really good. I ordered medium because even though those who live in my house like a little more heat, folks who eat with us at times don't, and heat can always be added if you like. This turned out really good.”

“Love the characteristic flavor of Hatch chile. Addicted, I.e. can't live without Hatch chiles since the 1980's. The Joe Parkers are enough heat for this inhabitant of the frozen North(Alaska). I used to order mild canned hatch chiles but they are not as flavorful as the fresh or frozen. Love your chiles almost as much as getting them fresh out of the roaster in NM. Thank you for supplying our cravings.”

Loren, We utilize a distribution center in Wisconsin and another in Reno in order to offer ground shipping rates to our customers. We actually have a notice up on the website in the product description stating that our Medium is running on the mild side and suggesting you order hot if you want a better kick. “Thank you for this opportunity! We are thrilled with the chiles, New Mexico Gold Salsa, and Gourmet Green Chile Sauce. The salsa is wonderful and I have made the recipe on the side of the Green Chile Sauce for Easy and Healthy Green Enchilada Casserole. I added 1 1/2 Joe Parker chiles to the recipe placing some of the chopped chiles on each layer. The recipe was absolutely wonderful! I also like to saute onion, garlic, and chopped chiles to go along with grilled steak. I look forward to making some of the recipes on your website too! Thank you so very much for these wonderful products!”
