“I was introduced to hatch peppers when I spent a week in Taos several years ago. It was hatch chili time, and they were roasting on every corner. I had missed them until my daughter in Omaha ordered some last year, and when we visited her, she gave me some to take back to Wisconsin. When this year came around, she sent me the link. I LOVE THEM!!! Only bought 5 pounds this year, but will definitely reorder them!!”
