“Chile arrived in perfect condition. It was packed to make its journey from New Mexico to Connecticut as frozen as it could be. Since it has been 5 years since we have had the pleasure of eating Hatch green chile we are thoroughly enjoying having it as close as our freezer now. We froze the chile we chopped in ice cube trays and find this a great way to use it whenever we feel the urge for a really good chile fix.”

“Everything was top notch. I ordered the Medium heat, and admittedly, it was too mild. Nevertheless, the green chili flavor was distinct and delicious. Next time I will ask them about the heat levels. And there will be a next time, for sure! Thank you so much for providing us New Mexico "ex-pats" a taste of home :D”
