“I really do not know if the chili was received, those Yankies never let me know about anything. I think it is probably okay. I just wanted to let you know something. I checked the UPS site and it stopped at Hartford, so that did not help. I had called before the shipment to let them know it was on the way. I feel you got it shipped in a reasonable time. Sorry I can not tell you anything more than that. I am sure your chili is good it is from NM.”

“Chile arrived in great shape. Dry ice was completely melted but chile was still frozen solid. The only confusing thing was the shipping information. Once I contacted you to find out about delay and was informed about the shipment heading east to be shipped from Virginia, it was a little better. Still we expected shipping on Monday and delivery on Wednesday, per the website info, we were surprised to see our package on our porch on Tuesday. Luckily we were home shortly after it arrived so no harm no foul. Enjoying our chile!”

Lori, Your box WAS shipped on a Monday but was delivered Overnight as you're close to our distribution center in VA. I hope you're enjoying the chile!
