“I wanted to order the medium hot variety like I usually do, but they were “sold out”. These are much too hot for us, they overwhelm the taste of everything else and make your mouth go numb. I wish they would grow more of the medium hot and not run out.”

“I love the convenience of having genuine New Mexico Hatch green chile, roasted and chopped, delivered to my doorstep. The flavor is great. My only complaint is that it wasn't nearly as hot as I was hoping. I would classify it as more of a Medium than a Hot. Next order, I'm going to step up to the hottest that they offer.”
