“I ordered both the Big Jim and Sandia varieties. Both are delicious. Heat is so subjective so I'm cautious in making a recommendation but for me, in the future, I'll be ordering just the Sandia. It isn't so hot that I'd really need the Big Jim for some recipes, but it has the heat I'd prefer.”

“These chilies are definitely hot, which is just what we wanted. Yummy NM flavor plus the heat. We use them for everything from toppings on burgers and pizzas to enchilada casserole and NM green chile stew. I know people think chiles are expensive, but there is no other flavor like them and this company delivers the best. Chiles arrived on a hot NC day completely frozen with leftover dry ice. Made guac the moment they came!!”

“My last order was not as hot, so I could use more for their fabulous flavor. This batch is hotter, so I must use less. Miss the added flavor, but still a must have for my southwest dishes! The medium hot was sold out.”
