“We ordered the last batch of green chile for the season. We live in Oregon and so must rely on shipments from NM to get chile. This shipment arrived in good shape! Roasted, peeled and pre-packaged in resealable bags. All of which was great but expected for the high price. Sadly, the chile is not spicy and the flavor is not as good as other brands we have purchased.”

“Chili was received well packaged and frozen. I specifically ordered the Sandia because I was advised by the Hatch Chili store representative that they were Hot. They just had a mid heat to them, not what I wanted or thought I was ordering. Gary Miller 619.417.7607”

Gary, It looks like you placed two separate orders for hot. Were neither of them to your liking? There's a great deal of variation in heat from pod to pod so I'd encourage you to try more before deciding it isn't hot enough for you. Also, the heat will be in the vein of the pod so be sure you aren't de-veining the chile before cooking with it. Best, Preston
