“I've not returned to New Mexico in decades, but never out-grew my love for the 'real' taste Hatch. Ordering the 'hot' was a stab in the dark, but it's certainly not overwhelming. Thus far, I've enjoyed it on my burgers, my eggs, chile stew ... almost every day! Thank you for the speedy delivery and super customer service!”

“Great product, the real think I usually get in NM, shipped fast and arrived deeply frozen on dry ice - super cold. Use gloves to take the bags out of the container!”

“Hi Hatch Folks- The sandias are great for basic heat in many of my dishes, and their flavor is right on. Your roasting, peeling, chopping and seeding is also right on (good charred flavor, no stray big pieces of peels or unchopped chilies). All in all just what I've come to expect in heat and flavor. That said (and as we have discussed), I would very much like some even hotter chilies (Lumbre, for example) with a much bigger pop. I do understand that preparing these creates a prep and handling problem, so I continue to get them from the street vendors. Thanks for providing a great product.”
