“I grew up in New Mexico and now live in South Carolina. One of the things I missed most was Hatch Green Chile. When I found this website, I thought it was too good to be true. Now, after buying for several years--and subscribing so I get a new shipment every couple of months--I could not be more pleased. My hot Sandias arrive frozen solid and I can make all my favorites--enchiladas, green chile stew, salsa. Great quality and excellent customer service every time!”

“Ordering and shipping was easy. The roasted chiles were on dry ice, so they stayed cold during shipping. The chiles are packaged in 1-lb packages, which is very convenient for using them a little at a time. And most importantly, the chiles are delicious!”
