“oooh!!!so good...not as hot as I would like. but, by golly...we get the fresh taste of green chile. I eat my raw, right out of the package. I add green chile to everything I eat. Have gotten Hatch chile since I can remember. They are the best. Flash frozen or fresh...it's still the same great taste. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.”

“Love this stuff! Nice and spicy just as we wanted. Also love how it is already peeled and packaged ready to use. We have always had our freezer stocked with green chile and made our trips to NM to resupply every year. “Was a little worried because our order took 6 days to arrive but very happy that it did arrive frozen solid still. Chili has great flavor but was a little disappointed that our hot was more like medium.”
