“This is my second review - but on the offhand chance that you didn't get the first one, I am thrilled to have a way to get Hatch Green Chile. I live in Wisconsin now but spent most of my life in the Southwest. Nothing better and the hot hatch is perfect! Muy delicioso!!”

“I normally order Big Jim/medium but since there was none left, I opted to get the Hot/Sandia rather than be without my green chile. It was tasty, frozen when delivered and the heat I expected. I will NEVER stop ordering chile from Hatch!”

“Bad news first, $15.00/# is a little high but being in central Kansas I can't get a store to order them in for me. During the ordering process I was warned that the peppers in 2017 were milder and that was very considerate. Shipping was quick, peppers were still frozen when they arrived and even the hotter peppers that I ordered were milder than I would have liked but I have a smile on my face!”
