“I have been enjoying Hatch Green Chili since I was a wee boy growing up in Albuquerque, NM. I absolutely cannot live without it. I was very happy to see, when I moved to Minnesota, that I could still order it and get it in the mail!!! Excellent. The only thing is I was hoping for chopped green chili and I received whole green chilies. This is not a huge deal, but I wasn't given a choice. On my last order, it came chopped. Thanks!!”

Hi Nikki! You're welcome to order our X-Hot fresh but because of the nature of X-Hot and the way we hand peel every pod, we just can't economically produce it in flame roasted, frozen form.

“Now, this is a green chile!! I will add about one third of this to a batch of medium to bring up the heat for seasoned palates. I love it in my elk, potato, and green chile stew. Now that is soul food!!”
