“My husband is a native New Mexican who loves his green chile. We have tried several sources for green chile and this order we placed for chopped is the BEST!! We use this in eggs in the morning and in a soup recipe with black beans. I was wondering how the larger chopped pieces would work and they were perfect. Your quality is GREAT and I plan to place another order soon. I like to make Chile Rellanos but I can find fresh Anaheim's in my grocery store in Boise Idaho.”
