“Wicked good. Being here in New England, there is less than zero chile culture, or knowledge. It's great to be able to have hot chile all year long, and helps me maintain a low carb diet!”

“These chilies are good and are not so hot that they fry your mouth. They do not have as much flavor as the Big Jim chilies. They are so much hotter that you lose the wonderful chili flavor but pick up the heat if you like hotter green chili.”
