“This product is absolutely terrific. I grow (or try to) Hatch Peppers in southern Oregon but they are a shadow of the size of these. Plus, hours of grilling them on the bbq and then hours more of peeling them? Enough! Let the pros send them monthly, peeled and conveniently packaged. I previously ordered Medium Hot and then changed to the Hot for my monthly subscription. BUT I switched back again so I could put more of their yummy flavor into dishes wo overheating the meal.”

“There is nothing and I mean nothing like the taste of a Hatch chile. I am normally a middle of the road on heat but these are spectacular. I sent a batch to friends all the way in Connecticut and they are raving. Love them and the service.”
