“I lived in Santa Fe, NM for thirty years and enjoyed Hatch green chile all that time. I now live on the island of Kauai, HI and the only drawback is no green chile. I have ordered from the Hatch store both fresh & frozen over my 12, going on 13 years living on Kauai, such a life saver. I have given my friends green chile, which they have never experienced in their life and helped them with making NM lunches and dinners. Kauai does have a small, red, hot chile pepper and doesn't come close to Hatch chile. I am so glad for the Hatch family to offer a subscription delivery service and so grateful for the free shipping, as shipping to Hawaii usually cost more than the item/product one orders. A very warm Mahalo to Preston and the folks at the Hatch chile store company, you folks are standup straight shooters who have a great product that you stand by and deliver on time as promised and delivered to Kauai still frozen.
