“The Hot Roasted Hatch Green Chile arrived in great condition! It was frozen solid to the edges, which is of concern when receiving perishable items, here in Florida. We defrosted the chile and made a Green chile cheese enchilada the next day. It was great!!”

Hi there, we contract out shipping of our products to the East coast in order to store the product closer to our customers. This results in faster, cheaper shipping. The process should be transparent to the customer though, similar to the way Amazon operates multiple warehouses all over the country. The company we use does not sell our products, they only provide shipping services to other companies like us.

“Chile arrived just one day after notification of shipping, and was well preserved (still completely frozen in a well-packed cooler). Package(s) are perfectly sized to put one in the refrigerator at a time, and keep the rest frozen. Chilies are top quality and extremely tasty; must have been frozen directly after being roasted.”
