“My Chile arrived within 2 days in excellent condition just as I ordered: roasted, peeled and vacuum packaged. There are no better Chiles anywhere. The quality cannot be compared to any other Chile grow anywhere else. The combination of the soil, the water from the Pecos River and the climate in Southern New Mexico yields the best flavor of any Green or Red Chile grown anywhere.”

“I use to live in Colorado and was able to purchase and freeze the roasted Hatch Green Chilies. I am now in Wisconsin and wanted the green chilies. It was easy to order online. The price did included shipping. The Hatch Green Chilies arrived frozen and nicely packaged. Would definitely purchase again”
