“To me the flavor of New Mexico is in its chilies and, living in NY, I am thrilled to be able to receive these green chilies, already roasted AND peeled! I let the bag soften just enough to loosen the chilies & quickly lay them on a board in the freezer to re-harden & plop them in a freezer bag so I can pull 1 out at a time. I scramble 1/4 of a chili with an egg for breakfast & it's heaven.”

“great product- great service- very glad to be able to order online. after moving out of the southwest this is a true taste from home. i like them hot, so my only complaint would be that the hot was bit hotter.”
