“Beautiful frozen chopped green chiles in one pound bags. I can't tell you the "fire factor" because I haven't sampled them yet. Brings the SouthWest to my SouthEast home.”

“If you can't be in New Mexico at harvest time to bring the green chile home with you, this is the best I've found as a substitute. The chile is already roasted, and I've been buying it chopped this year. The flavor is great, the heat is perfect for my taste, and it's ready for me to use. I cook 1-2 packages at a time with chopped onions, garlic, and chicken broth, for 20-30 minutes, and it's ready to mix with chicken, pork, pour over eggs and sausage, add to quiche, stews some soups. Great with Apple sauce if you don't add the onion and garlic.”

“Perfect! Need I say more? I was raised in New Mexico, on green chili from hatch. I am so happy to find this store and be able to have them shipped to Iowa so i can share this delicacy with the yanks.”
