“This was my first order from this company, but it won't be the last. My chiles arrived in perfect condition, still frozen. They are, without a doubt, the best-tasting chiles I've had (I have tried two other sources before this, as I live in the East), and also had by far the fewest seeds (not a small thing,, when you cook with them as much as I do). The packages are each quite large, which is a little tough to fit in a crowded refrigerator, but the quality of the chiles is very, very good. I also appreciated the website telling potential buyers that the medium chiles were a little mild this season, as it allowed me to go up a level with some confidence. Glad I did, and very glad I found this company to get my chiles from.”
