“I wa raised in New Mexico and have loved green chile all my life. Since I left over 15 years ago, I haven't had a good chile fix away from NM fearful that nothing would be as good outside the state. But the chile arrived in convenient and clean packaging; defrosts beautifully and quickly in tap water; and tastes delicious in everything I've put them in. Thank you! Will be back! The chile isn't as hot as I thought it might be so I may try a diffeeent variety next time. I was a little nervous to get a big batch of too hot.”

“Yummmmmm....that's the way chile is suppose to taste. Having moved to Kansas after being raised in NM, chile has to be right and ready for winter. Product quality is good, great packaging in convenient size, and it was frozen when it arrived. Thanks!! This Kansas family is ready! Bring on the snow :-)”

“Our New Mexico friend isolated in Texas loved the chile that arrived in perfect condition. The flight didn't hurt anything and he's wondering how he can stretch it for a year.”
