“Moving from Santa Fe to Arizona last fall was traumatic because we couldn't find any good chile. And then we found The Hatch Chile Store on-line. Now on our third order, we use the chopped chile on everything. Excellent taste. The one pound bags are a perfect size. The shipments arrive in a timely manner, perfectly frozen.
