“Delicious. Absolutely delicious. I might try hot next time. While I love the smell of roasting the peppers, having them already chopped and prepared is much easier for me because I am a bit of a savage in the kitchen at times. Gives me a the much missed taste of New Mexico all the way from Florida.”
