“Had an issue with my first order, due to delivery company crushing the styro box. The owners called me the next day, and sent me a replacement shipment right away. Very happy with the product, and the customer service. Will definitely purchase again next year.”

“I have ordered several times this year and in previous years. This time the Chile arrived in poor condition. It was defrosted and it seems the bags were not sealed and leaked out in the container. Not sure what happened with this batch. :(”

“I haven't ordered New Mexico green chiles from other companies. I used to drive down with ice chests to buy when they were being roasted. These are good! Not quite the same, but a good 2nd, and a lot less expensive than driving to Santa Fe! I bought the chopped ones this times, and having them in 1 lb. packages is perfect. I cooked up lb. with onions, a little garlic and some chicken broth, simmered it for about 20-30 minutes and put it into a ball jar in the fridge. Now I can use it a little at a time on everything! With sautéed veggies, over eggs, with chicken, meat, fish. Next will be green chile apple sauce, but I'll skip the onions and garlic. It enlivens so many dishes.”
