“Chile arrived in great condition and it is delicious! Just the right amount of heat and the taste is wonderful. There is nothing better than Hatch chili and although I normally prefer to roast the chili myself, this chili is ready for cooking. Price is right and I will probably order some more before too long!”

“Thank you so much, chiles are a staple in my cooking and i love having that hatch, and more specifically the big jim flavor at my fingertips all year long, and away from New Mexico. I miss the smell of home roasting, indeed, the smell of the entire state of new mexico during harvest time, but when the flavor is as close as my freezer, i am far less homesick, There is no review positive enough for your company.”

“The individual bags are great & the quality is excellent. Very easy to use & just as promised. Probably due to my location (South Florida), there was no dry ice left & the bags were no longer frozen. But I put them all right into the freezer & they are just fine. Thank you!”
