“I purchased the chilies for our nephew and his wife who have moved to Mississippi. From past experience, chilies are not readily available. We will be sending more in the future.”

“I really enjoy cooking Mexican food and Real Hatch Green Chile is the only way to get that authentic flavor and savory goodness. Isolated here on the east coast finding any form of good chili pepper is difficult. These Big Jim Green Chili's are the centerpiece of my recipe's for enchiladas, tacos, burritios, chili con carne, and most especial is "Bistek con Queso". One of my signature dishes, not bad for an Irish boy getting requests from his friends. Hatch Green Chili is the ONLY way to cook authentic.”

“Was pleased with my order. It came on time and was packed on dry ice, so it was fresh. My green chili &cheese tamales were delicious!”

“Super delicious. Freezer packed in 1 pound resealable packets. Easy to thaw by soaking the packet in warm water, use what is needed and refreeze. A little pricy but a special treat.”
